Lake Vermilion Map Board - Ambrosia Maple

Lake Vermilion Trading Company is proud to offer The Cabin Collection by Black Walnut, an exclusive line of handcrafted charcuterie and serving boards made by Black Walnut craftsman Jeremy Novak.

This board is made from rich, durable Ambrosia maple and accented with a food safe expoxy inlay. Note: boards using expoxy are not designed to be used as cutting boards. 

The Lake Vermilion Map Board features an engraved depiction of the lake’s iconic shoreline. Board measures approximately 18" × 12" × 0.75" However, expect natural variations in size, grain, and color that make every piece unique.

Custom designs are also available through Black Walnut, including specific Lake Vermilion bays, islands, and personalized engravings. If you have an idea in mind, let us know!

Care Instructions 

Clean: Hand wash with warm water and mild soap; Dry immediately. Do not soak.

Condition: Reapply food-grade mineral oil or butcher block conditioner when the wood begins to look dry.

Avoid dishwasher use, standing water, extreme heat

Maintain: Store in dry location. Oil regularly to help prevent cracking and keep the wood looking its best.
